To access this service you can subscribe through our Customer Service Center, by calling: 01-800-0180001 or at our points of sale. With IQOS Care Plus, users will have much more attractive benefits, which are:
- IQOS Qoach: Personalized assistance from an expert, support in the knowledge of the product and its benefits, tips and advice on how to use the device.
- Coverage of accidental damage: Replacement of your damaged and registered device without cost. Change due to misuse, or the result of an unintentional event.
* Does not cover replacement for loss, theft or cosmetic damage.
- Express replacement: Change of a damaged and registered device without cost, with delivery to any user's location in Colombia. Changes can be made in a period of 3 to 24 hours according to the user's location.
- International assistance: Free service line, support in diagnosis and replacement of the damaged and registered device, support in retail and 24/7 attention in countries where IQOS has commercialization points.
In addition to these benefits, IQOS Care Plus users will be able to receive special offers, news in the first place and launches.
